◆About the implementation of admission regulations◆
・On the first day of the Dick Bruna product launch, all stores are expected to be very crowded, so we will implement entry restrictions in consideration of customer safety.
・On the first day of release, we may set up an exclusive entrance for customers who purchase Dick Bruna products.
In addition, the method of implementing admission restrictions differs for each store, so please check the dot Esti shop list of each store for details.
・Due to admission restrictions, you may need to line up outdoors. Please cooperate with heat stroke prevention such as frequent hydration and wearing parasols and hats.
・We will guide you to Dick Bruna products sequentially up to 10 people.
・There is a possibility that you will not be able to purchase a limited product even if you line up.

We will distribute admission tickets.
After the store opens, it will be distributed at studioCLIP stores.
◆About the purchase rules◆
・Until August 12 (Mon / holiday), you will not be able to order or reserve.
・Until August 12th (Mon./holiday), purchases at stores will be limited to 2 points per account for the same product (same color, same size), and DI blind magnet / DI charm 2P set will be limited to 8 points each.
※Please refrain from purchasing multiple items after reordering.
※Dot Esti purchases are limited to 2 points per account for the same product (same color, same size), and 8 points per DI Blind Magnet / DI Charm 2P set.
・Purchases for resale purposes are prohibited.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience at both stores and dot esty.
・Until August 12 (Mon./holiday), we will turn off the store inventory display in Dot Esti.
