This is an announcement of the site tour to be held on Saturday, December 14♪
This time, the venue will be [Detached House in Kitasenju, Adachi-ku, Tokyo]!


This is a site tour where you can experience the renovation properties of the actual LOHAS studio.

Interior designers will introduce the story of various planning ideas and meetings that cannot be understood by photos alone.


This time, it is a house of used renovation of a detached 2x4 construction method!

We started changing the floor plan in consideration of usability and ease of living, despite having restrictions on the floor plan due to the structure.

In particular, while aiming for "practical" such as eliminating skylights and lofts on the second floor, we aim to ensure lighting and ventilation around windows, the flow lines around the kitchen, and the usability of storing each room.

Due to the close proximity to the neighborhood, while considering privacy, we have completed a home creation unique to passiv design, and a home that focuses on visual design, which greatly enhances indoor comfort.◎
