In the summer mountain season, many people want to go to the Japan Alps, but many people don't know where to go from. I think that the threshold is getting higher just in the Alps.

However, not all mountains in the Alps have a high degree of difficulty. So, this time, I would like to introduce some of the most recommended mountains in the Japan Alps.

Senjogatake / Southern Japanese Alps

It is one of Japan's 100 famous mountains, and the neighboring Mt. Kai-komagatake is called a masculine mountain range, but it is a feminine mountain range and a symbol of the Southern Japanese Alps, so it is called the Queen of the Southern Japanese Alps.

The mountain trail is easy to climb, and it is a mountain with few dangerous places in the Japan Alps, and has relatively good access, so it is easy to climb in the Alps. Since it rises above the forest limit in front of Kosenjogatake, you can enjoy the spectacular ridgeline up to the summit if it is sunny.

You can access the Kitazawa Pass at the trailhead by bus. Most people access from Todaiguchi, but during the high season, buses are increasing more and more flights, so you can access itself, but there is a large line on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a popular mountain, so it's better to line up early.

Kitazawa Pass is also the trailhead of Mt. Kai-komagatake, and there is also a mountain hut called Choei Koya immediately after walking, so you can stay overnight and climb either side. In addition, there is a large tent area, so you can also recommend staying at the first tent. From Senjogatake, you can see Mt. Kai-komagatake beautifully.

Generally, the difficulty level is not so high, and it is easy to climb even among the 3,000m peaks, so it is a recommended mountain for step-up. Since I climbed in November, there was some snow, but I was able to enjoy the spectacular Southern Japanese Alps. I think it is a famous mountain, so it is a mountain that everyone wants to climb.
